Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Luni account and all associated data at any time.

In the app (recommended)

Open Luni and go to Settings.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm with the verification code sent to your email.

By email

If you can no longer access the app, send a deletion request from your registered email address to support@lunistories.com with the subject "Delete my account". We will process it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, email address, all child profiles (names, birthdates, character information), story history and preferences are permanently deleted. Active subscriptions are managed and cancelled through Google Play and are not renewed after deletion.

Neler silinir

Hesabın, e-posta adresin, tüm çocuk profilleri (isim, doğum tarihi, karakter bilgileri), masal geçmişi ve tercihler kalıcı olarak silinir. Aktif abonelikler Google Play üzerinden yönetilir ve silme sonrası yenilenmez.
